Tuesday’s Tip – Get Out and Be Social

You have heard us all talk about being social online. But what about taking that a step further and actually meeting some of your online friends IN REAL LIFE?

Some of you know I made three really amazing friends in the last year on Twitter and FaceBook. Together, we form the Fab Four, as Laura calls us in her blog post here. Who are the Fab Four? Well, me, Laura Cosgrove Lorenzana, Terri O’Connell, and Stephanie Pitcher Fishman. Keep reading Laura’s blog to find out how the four of us make such a great “superteam”. Then think about how you can work with the friends you have made online to form a “superteam!” Hmmm, maybe I need a Wonder Woman type outfit to go along with the “superteam” idea. LOL!

Find those people who love and support you and work with them. You will be amazed at what you can all accomplish by bringing your strengths to the table and being open to offer them to others and open to receiving the gifts they have to share with you.

Do you have a “superteam?” Tell me about it. I’d love to hear from you! And don’t forget to sign up for my newsletter. I’m giving away lots of goodies!

  1. Congratulations on your “SuperTeam” – I can see how this could be very useful for some folks, such as the four of you. As for me, I’m a solo. I’m very pleased to have met a number of my GeneaBlogger friends at the KC Family History Expo, but my current retirement life is dedicated to wife and family, not a ‘social network’ in person.

I like your new works, Jennifer. Keep the improvements coming, and your clients, and all of your online and offline friends will benefit – as well as you and your family! ;-)
